2016: Year of Mercy

Clonard  Monastery have  organised a special pilgrim event on the last Fri of each month from 3-4.30pm (starting 29th Jan) These events will include prayer & reflection , walk through Holy Door, a short walk along the peace line finishing with an opportunity for people to celebrate the sacrament of Reconciliation..  Everyone welcome.             


 


Sacristan Team Needed

Our Sacristy team is retiring very soon. Due to the nature of the job…with irregular hours..we feel that a Job Share Basis would be more convenient. Maximum hours will be 30 hours per week. If anyone is interested in the position please contact priests /parish office for an Application Pack.

Do This In Memory :

Programme for children making 1st Communion this year will be held at 11.30am Mass this  Sunday This is the last meeting  of the year .  Girls are welcome to come in their 1st Communion dress—there will be a procession at end of Mass.


Children’s Choir/Instrumental Group :

A big “Thank You” to the girls & boys in the choir & group for all their hard work over the year.  The choir/group is now finished for the summer & will recommence in September.  Children from P3 upwards are encouraged to join.in September.
